CAPTURE TOMORROW Wildlife Experience is an exclusive wildlife photography encounter based on 1600 hectares of pristine bushveld in the shadow of the Waterberg mountains, affording Zebula a most spectacular setting. Undulating, indigenous tree-covered hills and wide-open grasslands are punctuated with frequent dams and waterholes – a diverse landscape that supports a wide variety of game, birds and small wildlife.

Bringing together photography enthusiasts and experts in different fields for photographic shoots, talks, discussions and slideshows, the CAPTURE TOMORROW Wildlife Experience offers something completely unique in the field of photography workshops and seminars.

For the 5 couples who are our winners, this will be an opportunity to talk about photographic techniques, processing methods or elements of the photography over a sundowner while enjoying the beauty of the surrounds.

 

THE LOCATION

Zebula Golf Estate located on 1600 hectares of pristine bushveld in the shadow of the Waterberg mountains, Zebula commands a most spectacular setting. Undulating, indigenous tree-covered hills and wide-open grasslands are punctuated with frequent dams and waterholes – a diverse landscape that supports a wide variety of game, birds and small wildlife.

 

THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Julio Moreira is a professional photographer and Nikon Trainer. Julio specializes in group & individual 1-on-1 photographic training. He has a vast knowledge and expertise in all mediums of photography and over 30 years of photography experience.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Entrants must follow ALL the steps mentioned above to qualify for the prize.
2. The prizes and/or any parts thereof, are non-transferrable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash or equivalent;

4. Promoter:
   This competition is promoted by Lazarus Motor Company (PTY) LTD, trading as Land Rover Centurion, (“Land Rover Centurion”, “Lazarus Motor Company”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and Nikon SA.
5. Competition Period:
   The competition runs from the 10 – 14 September 2018 only. No entries will be accepted after 23h59 on 14 September 2018.
6. Who can enter:
   You are entitled to participate in this competition if you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old. Also, you may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Lazarus Motor Company, Nikon SA or any other entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by either of Lazarus Motor Company, Nikon South Africa, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.
7. Entry fees:
   There are no entry fees to participate in this competition, and no additional charges or purchases are required.
8. Prize:
   The prize consists of a one night stay at Zabula Golf Estate, test driving Land Rovers and attending an exclusive wildlife photographic workshop, as well as experiencing a hands-on practical session at the Rhino Pride Foundation.
9. Selection of Winner(s):
   The winners will be chosen randomly by lucky draw to be held on 17 September 2018. Regarding the application of these rules and the selection of the winners in terms hereof, Lazarus Motor Company and Nikon South Africa’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties, will not be accepted.
10. Notification of Winner(s):
    The winner will be notified via email and telephone. We will attempt contact with the winner at least 3 times, but if we are unable to contact the winner within 24 hours, such winner will forfeit his/her prize and we reserve the right to redraw such prize. The winner will be asked to provide a valid copy of driver’s license. Once we have received this information, we will send the relevant information and arrangements to the winner as soon as possible.
11. Forfeit:
    There are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit his/her prize, namely: (i) he/she has already won one prize in this competition;(ii) he/she fails to provide a copy of his/her valid driver’s license within 24 hours of it being requested by Lazarus Motor Company and Nikon SA; (iii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; or (iv) it is unlawful for that winner to receive that prize. In the event of a forfeit, Lazarus Motor Company shall be entitled in its sole discretion to select another winner from amongst the participants.
12. Use of participant and winner information:
    By participating in this competition, you consent to the use by Lazarus Motor Company and Nikon SA or a third party nominated by Lazarus Motor Company of your Participant Information, so that your name and surname, as well as entry can be announced and displayed on the Lazarus Motor Company’s / Land Rover Centurion’s / Nikon SA’s website, social media sites, and your prize can be delivered to you. The winner may also be asked to participate in marketing activities, including having his/her photograph taken or being filmed, but he/she will be entitled to decline to do so.The Participant will not be entitled to any form of remuneration as a result of Lazarus Motor Company or Nikon SA so using his/her Participant Information.
13. Unforeseen events:
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion, or to change the prize at any time without notice to you. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Lazarus Motor Company and/or Nikon SA and Lazarus Motor Company and/or Nikon SA may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Lazarus Motor Company and Nikon SA as a result thereof.
14. This is a Gauteng based initiative. Transport from the winner(s) home to Land Rover Centurion and back will be for their own cost. Winner(s) vehicle(s) will be left at Land Rover Centurion premises while away at Zebula Lodge. Land Rover Centurion and Nikon South Africa (Premium Brand Distributors) accepts no liability in the case of theft or damage of the vehicle(s).
15. The winner(s) are required to be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license and must be available to attend the wildlife experience on 21 and 22 September 2018.
16. Land Rover vehicles will be provided to test drive during the wildlife experience, however the winner(s) are required to drive safely at all times.
