Terms & Conditions
- This competition is open to all attendees of the Nikon Z8 Experience Event in KZN on 31st August 2023.
- All content must be captured on a Nikon Z Series gear on the day, with demo units available for attendees to test & try.
- By submitting an entry for this competition, you confirm that the content captured is your own, that you are a citizen of South Africa holding a valid South African ID and that you have read the terms and conditions.
- This is a Nikon exclusive event, and only Nikon camera equipment may be used at the venue on the day. Should you need somewhere secure to keep your camera gear while at the event, we will have a lock-up area available.
- All posts need to include the following tags to be eligible @_nikonsouthafrica #nikonZ8_KZN in order to be a valid entry.
- The deadline for posting and tagging your content is Friday, 8 September 2023 at 12:00am. No late entries will be considered.
- By entering the competition you give permission to Nikon South Africa and/or any of its affiliates permission to re-post or use the content, and your name / handle to be published as a winner.
- Any content deemed offensive, inappropriate or racially insensitive will be removed from the competition.
- Judges decision is final and no communication will be entered into
- Winners will be contacted personally on Monday, 11 September 2023 – via their social media platforms.
- Vouchers are only redeemable at approved Nikon retailers within South Africa within the validity period – limited to one purchase only.
- Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded and no remaining balances will be kept in credit.
- By not adhering to any or all of these terms and conditions, the entry will be invalid and removed from the judging process.
- Nikon South Africa or any of its affiliates reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
